I have really been slacking and for that I apologize…I’ll try to get on track!

So for my gluten free food/recipe this week I decided to feature Quaker Oat rice cakes! They are my favorite go-to snack. Here are a few of the flavors I love.

They are a good substitute for toast in the mornings and I also love to snack on them when I watch movies or in between meals. And the best part is they are totally gluten and corn free ;)
