Lunch is probably my least favorite meal of the day, it’s the hardest to come up with stuff to eat. Usually for lunch you just want to throw together a sandwich or make up some ramen, but it’s not that easy for someone with a gluten/corn allergy.     When I found Auntie Anne’s gluten free mac and cheese I was ecstatic, I finally had something quick and easy to make for lunch! And if I want to make it extra special, I dress it up with some shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, pepper, sliced up ham (or hot dogs) and some little pieces of broccoli. It has become one of my favorite things to eat!
